The original wording has not been altered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-abstract\">Abstract<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this exercise, Roberto Assagioli sets out a structured meditation designed to unite and link all Psychosynthesis units and groups operating worldwide, recommended for weekly use and for the annual World Day of Psychosynthesis on September 20th. The practice moves through alignment of the physical, emotional, and mental levels; centering and identification with the Self; unification in the heart with humanity; reflexive recognition of psychosynthesis as a living idea and growing thought-form; receptive silence; and a creative visualisation in which Light, Love, and Transpersonal Will radiate through the Psychosynthesis Subjective Entity to all centres and collaborators across the world. It closes with an invocation of love, compassion, joy, and serenity to all beings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>From the Italian Psychosynthesis Magazine, Oct, 2015<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This meditation is based on a work formulated by Roberto Assagioli to unite and link all the Psychosynthesis units and groups operating worldwide. Each stage is followed by a pause and silence, but keeping the meditation brief and dynamic. It would be desirable to do this meditation once a week, possibly every Wednesday, and on the occasion of&nbsp; the \u201cWorld Day of Psychosynthesis\u201d, to be celebrated yearly on September 20th.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-meditation-outline\">Meditation outline<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>World Contact<\/strong>: Turn your attention within and make contact with your breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alignment<\/strong>: Align the physical, emotional, and mental levels using the approach that works best for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Centering and contact with the Self<\/strong>:&nbsp; Raise to the center of pure consciousness and contact with the self, using the best approach for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Identification with the Self<\/strong>: Identified with the Self, say:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>I am the Self, a Centre of Pure Self-Awareness &#8211; I am the Self that wills and loves<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Unification in the Heart<\/strong>: With people here; with the group you belong to; with all individuals and groups that function at different levels for the Psychosynthesis in the world; with all the people of goodwill, to the whole of the One Humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Affirmation: <\/strong><em>Humanity is one, and I am one with humanity<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reflexive Stage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognition of psychosynthesis as a living idea and a growing thought-form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognition of its function to help human beings realize their true nature and their highest possibilities and to prepare humanity for the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognition of its broad and useful fields of application: in therapy, education, human relationships, and inner growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recognition of its magnetic power to attract those who, due to their affinity or inner orientation, will resonate with its message and will cooperate toward its mission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Receptive Stage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Holding an attitude of receptive silence, observe any ideas, intuitions, and reflections that might emerge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CreativeStage:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visualize a radiating center at a transpersonal level pouring Light, Love and Transpersonal Will which, passing through \u201cthe Psychosynthesis Subjective Entity,\u201d are spread out to all known or unknown Centers, Groups and Units working within the Psychosynthesis in the world, and to everyone participating and collaborating with Psychosynthesis in each continent and in all settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visualize them united: vertically with \u201cthe Psychosynthesis Entity,\u201d and also horizontally, amongst themselves, so that they weave a magnetic and luminous web through which Light, Love, and Transpersonal Will can flow, turning them into radiating and pulsating centers of service, attracting and illuminating new collaborators.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Invocation and Concluding Blessing<\/strong>, applying the most appropriate formula, for example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Love to all beings \u2013<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>North, South, East, and West, Above, Below. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Love to all beings. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Compassion to all beings \u2013<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>North, South, East and West, Above, Below.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Compassion to all beings.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Joy to all beings \u2013<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>North, South, East and West, Above, Below.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Joy to all beings.Serenity to all beings \u2013<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>North, South, East and West, Above, Below.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Serenity to all beings<strong>.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A guided meditation for uniting Psychosynthesis groups worldwide and the World Day of Psychosynthesis on September 20th By Roberto AssagioliPublished in Italian Psychosynthesis Magazine, October 2015 Editorial NoteThe abstract and contextual subtitle in this online edition have been added by the editor, Kenneth Sorensen, to support readability, navigation, and archival consistency.
