If you are in a crisis or if you are experiencing internal or external conflicts in your life, that may be difficult to handle on your own, I may be able to help. I have been working with psychotherapy, coaching, and meditation guidance since 2003 and have written books and articles about it and educated students in psychotherapy.

What I believe in

I work with Psychosynthesis as a psychological tool based on my own experiences in solving complex psychological challenges both in myself and in my clients.

I have an undogmatic spiritual perspective on life, which indicates that I believe there is a unique meaning to our lives, and that our crises are challenges that can bring significant growth.

How I work

The guiding principles in my work are the following:

• I do not fix your challenges but give you insights and tools to deal with them yourself.
• Psychological pain is rarely a sign of an illness, but rather an existential human condition we must learn to master.
• I perceive you essentially as a spiritual being who has a personality that must develop for you to unfold all that you are in your essence.
• Your development is a lifelong process, that naturally involves crises, breakthroughs, and a greater ability to display love, will, and presence.
• I work with a presence- and will-based approach that teaches you to be a loving witness to your inner processes and a brave person who dares to be himself.
• Crises associated with meaning, purpose, and life crises are often central to my work.

I only take in a few clients, so I prioritize people who want to work on themselves regularly

How it happens

I primarily work online via Zoom, but it is also possible to see me in Oslo. Please don’t pay for the session before we schedule the time.

The price is 175 USD, Ex VAT (60 min), which is paid in advance or upon arrival. Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours before; otherwise, it costs 50% of the agreed fee.
