Seven Types Business Coaching is a unique approach to personal development as it helps you understand your typological characteristics and develops the human qualities that are most natural to you.

Climbing trees is good if you are a chimpanzee but not if you are an elephant, therefore, the insight into your dominant types, their strengths, and imbalances gives you opportunities to develop where it makes the most sense.

Who am I?

I am a trained psychotherapist and have an MA in psychosynthesis, which is a holistic psychology with a spiritual core. I have worked with coaching, therapy and meditation guidance since 2003 and have written books about it, not least the book The Seven Types, which deals with the seven types. You can read my bio here. I am also the day-to-day manager of www.JivaYou.com, which has developed the personality test based on the seven types.

This is how you get started.

If you already know your types from previous courses, we can get straight to work focusing on what you want to work on. If you do not know your types: body, feeling, thought, personality and soul, then you first take Jivayou’s identity profile,  which gives you insight into your personality and soul types.

Based on this profile, we will reality test it and possibly correct it to ensure that you get as accurate a picture of your identity as possible based on your self-understanding and life experiences.

Your typology and your unique life experience and social background will give you a secure foundation to work from.

Prices

A Seven Types Coaching session (60 min) costs USD 240 and if you need a review of the profile (120 min) a total of USD 430. In addition, the price of the Identity profile (USD 79)
