You can order the e-book directly from the webshop at www.kennethsorensen.dk. You can also buy the book (paperback or hardcover) through Amazon.com etc.
We currently accept Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. All prices are current and incl. VAT. When delivered outside the EU, VAT is deducted automatically.
The risk of goods purchased through www.kennethsorensen.dk will be the customers at the time of delivery. Any complaints, faulty goods or mistaken items must be reported within thirty days of delivery. Necessary evidence of fault may be required. If you notice an error of fault on the product, please contact ks@kennethsorensen.dk as soon as possible.
E-books are delivered through a download link via e-mail along with an order confirmation. Delivery should take no more than 5 minutes.

Customer rights regarding the purchase of E-Books: These products are for private use only. Copying and improper sharing of material is strictly prohibited. The files must not be shared with other users and any back up files are only for private use. You are purchasing the right of personal use only.
Right of withdrawal is not granted for e-books, audio books for download or courses after the link is activated and the download has started. If the link has not been activated there is a 30-day return and cancellation right.
You have a 2 years warranty. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must inform us within thirty days of delivery.
